With over 25 years of dedicated experience in franchising, property and commercial law, Cristina has had the privilege of working in both in house and law firm environments. For 12 years, Cristina worked in a large national law firm, where she honed her skills in providing strategic legal advice to a diverse range of clients. Transitioning to various in house roles, Cristina gained valuable insights into the operational aspects of business, enabling her to offer tailored legal solutions aligning with operational and strategic goals.

This specialised experience has in turn given Cristina a unique perspective that allows her to understand the intracies of both a law firm and business environment, enabling her to appreciate operational and business requirements on a deeper level as she delivers the legal assistance and strategic advice sought by clients. Additionally, for the past 10 years, Cristina has operated her own practice, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges faced by clients in business.

Cristina’s expertise encompasses all facets of franchising from compliance and contract negotiaton, to dispute resolution. She also has signifcant experience in property law including acquisitons and leasing, together with a wealth of experience in general commercial matters, allowing her to provide practical and commercial solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
